Use

Place the insert inside the pocket, put the nappy on baby and use the snaps to fasten to the correct size. Please note the nappy should be firm around the waist and legs but not too tight. The nappy should not leave marks on baby's skin.

Care

At change time, remove the liner, empty any solids from the liner into the toilet (solids will easily fall off the liner), rinse and place in the dry bucket with your dirty nappies until ready to wash.

Wash with your nappies and line dry in the sun.
