We will answer your emails quickly, and won't leave you waiting ages for a reply! We monitor our emails 7-days a week, so you can be assured of a quick response.

Has my order been sent yet?

As soon as your order has been despatched, we will email you with the tracking details. Please be sure to check your spam folder or promotions folder, as our emails sometimes end up there.

Oh no! I forgot to use my discount code. Can you help?

If you forget to use the code at the time of order placement, unfortunately we are unable to refund/credit the difference after the fact.

I want to place an order for a pre-order item and an in stock item. Can you send the in stock item now and send the pre-order later?

If you are ordering both pre-order and in stock items, all items ordered will be held and shipped together once the pre-ordered item arrives. If you require items that are in stock to be shipped earlier, please place a separate order for these items.

Can you ship to a P.O.Box or Parcel locker?

For smaller sized items, yes we can!  However, for bulky shipping items, we need a physical address to deliver these items to you.

Is your packaging eco friendly?

Yes, we use recycled outer boxes and recycled kraft paper void fill. 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! We offer gift wrapping and a gift card. We only use environmentally sustainable wrapping paper and cards. Just add this gift wrapping listing to you cart

Do you price match?

In most cases, yes we can. Please contact our friendly customer service team and we will respond to you promptly.

Do you send tracking notifications?

Yes, you will receive tracking details once your parcel has been despatched. We use Australia Post and a variety of couriers to send your parcels. Please be sure to check your spam folder or promotions folder, as our emails sometimes end up there.

Who do I contact if my order has not arrived yet?

You can check the status of your parcel using the Australia Post or Courier tracking number emailed to you.

How to track your parcel with Australia Post:

1. We will email you a tracking number for your parcel in your shipment confirmation email

2. Enter this tracking number at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

For parcel enquiries, you can phone Australia Post directly on 137 678

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do!  Please contact us with your order and delivery address and we will reply with a freight quote.
